My daughter was diagnosed with type one diabetes a year and a half ago which is when your Pancrease destroys the insulin cellsin your body it is life-threatening there is no cure and it will last a lifetime at the age of 14 she would love to have a social life outside of school but we are all too scared to send her on sleepovers or out with her friends. when I did some research I learned about a service dog called a diabetic alert dog that will alert her when her blood sugar is low or high this could potential be life-saving. Unfortunately these dogs are a lot of money and as a single mother I do not have the money to buy one for her. I would love to give her the freedom she wants to hang out with friends and do the sport she loves she loves horseback riding which can be hard for fear of her blood sugar dropping if her blood sugar goes to low she could have a seizure or go into a coma luckily we have not had an episode like this which is a blessing from the Lord please help her get her little hero with four paws
