At the Winchester Medical Center NICU there is a donation tree where parents can donate a specific amount of money and get a spot with their child's name on the NICU Tree. The money goes directly to assisting the NICU with gaining more equipment like the Giraffe beds that regulate the child's temperature and many other things, they cost roughly 50,000.00 each. Winchester Medical Center NICU has done so much for Kaelyn and each nurse has treated her as if she was one of their own. I would love to be able to donate the maximum amount of 25,000.00 which would give an engraved plate in a spot where a doe sits under the tree. If we don't reach the goal or exceed the goal there are also green leaves on the tree, gold leaves, apples under the tree and other small animals around the tree. If we meet the minimum we would be overjoyed.
