BENEFITING: COMMUNITY FOUNDATION FOR GREATER NEW HAVEN
EVENT DATE: Aug 16, 2015
I will be running the Long Island Tough Mudder in honor of Nat Fenollosa. Nathaniel was a veterinary classmate of mine who passed away after a 2.5 year battle with glioblastoma, leaving behind a wife and two young sons. Nathaniel was a veterinary cardiologist who helped save countless animals in the New England area.
The Tough Mudder is a 10+ mile race with 20 military grade obstacles including electrocution and submersion in ice water. These obstacles are difficult but nothing compared to the challenges Nat faced in his battle with cancer. Your donations will help me climb over 10 foot walls and get back up after getting shocked with electricity.
All procedes will go to the Nathaniel K. Fenollosa Fund at the Community Foundation for Greater New Haven to provide support to children with families affected by cancer.
you can donate directly at:
Nathaniel K. Fenollosa Fund at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven, 70 Audubon Street, New Haven, CT 06510.
