Girls Going Global (GGG) is dedicated to empowering girls through travel and cultural exchange. Since our founding in 2012 GGG has successfully hosted two educational travel experiences to Canada and Costa Rica. As we embark on our third international trip we are committed more than ever to produce experiences that incorporate education, service, and adventure. In July 2015 we will be traveling to Belize and collaborating with Peace Corps Belize to host a GLOW (Girls Leading Our World) Summit.

Program Goals and Objectives
The overarching goals of Girls Going Global’s trip to Belize are:

o To spark an interest in international and domestic travel.
o To promote mutual understanding between girls of the United States and girls of Belize.
o To empower youth leaders to become responsible global citizens and contributing members of their 
communities.
This trip to Belize will be jammed packed with cultural and girls empowerment activities including:

. Mayan Ruins Tour
. Zip lining excursion
. Rainforest/Jungle Trek
