When you hear the words “hunger”, “war”, “AIDS”, “human trafficking”, what do you think? How do those words make you feel? -- Helpless? Hopeless? Do you want to make a difference? Many of us do want to make a difference in the world, but in order to make changes, we have to DO something about it.

This is your chance to rally around a cause bigger than yourself! Join UNITE, an initiative where we bring together a generation to do really awesome things, and change lives. We need our generation (we need YOU!) to continue to make a difference in the world around us, change the tide, and transform our culture. The greatest world changers in history have to start somewhere, and this mission… is just the beginning.

THE PROJECT

This year we are taking on a water crisis in Africa and headed to Rwanda. We are partnering with Life Outreach International and Living Water International and building three water wells that will supply clean water for over 2,500 for an entire life time.

663 million people in the world live without clean water. That’s nearly 1 in 10 people worldwide. Or, twice the population of the United States. The majority live in isolated rural areas and spend hours every day walking to collect water for their family. Not only does walking for water keep kids out of school or take up time that parents could be using to earn money, but the water often carries diseases that can make everyone sick. But access to clean water means education, income and health - especially for women and kids.
