BENEFITING: WARRIORS AT EASE
When entrepreneur Dan Abramson came up with the idea for little plastic green army men in yoga poses, it was with one clear intention -- that the charismatic little toys would open the door for men to try yoga. After resisting the idea of yoga for years, Dan found that a whole new world of health, healing and well being opened up for him when he finally surrendered to yoga. Dan also wanted to make sure that the success of the toys really helped veterans themselves, so he came to Warriors at Ease.
After a wildly successful Kickstarter campaign, Yoga Joes are in full production. Abramson and Warriors at Ease are beginning a long-term partnership utilizing Yoga Joe's to support Warriors at Ease work to bring yoga and meditation to service members and vets.

Warriors At Ease is asking for your help to support four projects:
1. Continue the development of our Helping MST with Yoga and Meditation training. We hope to offer this class in June 2015.
2. Continue the development of a veterans web portal and app. This web portal and app will have resources that veterans and service members can use, such as iRest Yoga Nidra meditations, breathing practices, techniques for stopping panic attacks, etc.
3. Continued funding of our Ft Meade, MD yoga and meditation program for active duty soldiers withPTSD, their spouses and children. Classes began in January and we have been receiving great feedback.
4. Continue the development of our Warriors At Ease Families program.
Thank you for your support. We appreciate any donation you wish to give.
