In Ukraine there are two problems today which can't be solved without the help from all not indifferent people. It is the aid in financing of expensive treatment of citizens and support of a physical state of disabled people. The huge number of diseases which result in disability without administering a health care in full is widespread in Ukraine. According to statistics they are as follows: blood circulatory system diseases (24.4%), neoplasms (20%), diseases of bone and muscular system (11.1%), eye diseases (3.7%), endocrine diseases, disorders of food and a metabolic disorder (4.2%)". More than 80% of people can't pay treatment on their own. The prices of medicines have grown by 50-70%, whereas in the West European countries it is by 30% maximally. On average it takes over 4500 UAN ($214) to provide a treatment and rehabilitation to one person a month. The minimum salary of the Ukrainian is 1218 UAH that constitutes about $40. There is also free treatment, but people have to be in a queue for more than one year. Taking into a consideration a complicated situation in the country, the financial aid on purchase of expensive drugs is just vital for sick people. Otherwise they inevitably will become invalids or die without having opportunity to cure themselves. People having a status of the disabled ones today need a financial aid for support of a physical state monthly. Today in Ukraine there are already more than 2.8 million people (and it constitutes 6.1% of total number of the population) with status of an invalid. And the most awful is that 80% of invalids in Ukraine are people of working-age. This project will give the sick people a chance to survive and to recover completely by means of providing medicines to 1000 in need and also will influence on improvement of a physical state of disabled people. A potential of long- term influence. By granting the necessary medicines and financial support we will help more than 1000 people of Ukraine who are seriously sick or have a status of a disabled person. The people with seriously disease will be given a chance of recovery and happy further life where there will not be place for sufferings for the family, relatives and themselves. Also it is an opportunity to families bringing-up disabled children to provide them easier, happy childhood, and to people with disabilities to make their life easy and to apply for more highly paid work after improvement of their physical state.
