This holiday season, let's win $25k for Charity: Water!
Mozilla Firefox is offering up $25k to the charity that raises the most money for their charity and I want that money to fund the urgent mission of Charity: Water.
In four years, Charity: Water has raised more than $20 million and funded 3,196 water projects, which went to providing immediate and effective relief for thousands of communities that had scarce or no clean water supply. Yet, there are still so many people in Honduras, Kenya, Malawi, Uganda, etc that have limited to no access to this vital and most basic necessity.
In western culture, we take fresh water for granted and I think that it can be hard to even imagine what people in developing nations go through on a day to day basis. Some will travel and wait 8 hours for a turn to fill up an 80 pound jug that they will have to carry all the way back to their homes.
Here's how you can help...
- Join my team
- Donate some cash
- Get all your friends to donate as well
Please help me win this money for Charity: Water. All the money will help fund practical and simple projects that'll provide the most immediate relief through freshwater wells, rainwater catchments and sand filters.
The fact is there are over a billion people on the planet who don’t have clean water, and we can do something to help.
Also, if you give at least $22 right now, you’ll be entered to win a deck of cards signed by me. You’ll find the rules link below.
