To my friends and family around the globe...
As you may or may not know, my wife works for CASA, which stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates of Monmouth County. This non-profit organiation supports, trains, and manages volunteers who are appointed by court judges to be the singular advocate for foster children. With attorneys having many cases to work on, and the State's Division of Family Services being spread so thin, these CASA volunteers are often the most important lifeline for these kids that have nowehere else to turn. Please help support this important cause. I'd personally appreciate it.

On Tuesday, December 1, 2015, we will celebrate #GivingTuesday — a national day of giving at the start of the annual holiday season.
With your help we plan to Recruit, train and support 20 new Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers. We plan to advocate for the needs of 150-170 abused children in foster care who have been the victims of abuse or neglect.
Our goal is to make sure these children do not slip through the cracks of the child welfare system and that they find a safe, loving and permanent home. We're committed to providing a CASA volunteer to every child who needs one. But to do it, we need your support. So this year, on Giving Tuesday, will give the gift of hope to a local victim of child abuse or neglect? Your support of CASA for Children will not only help make a world of difference in the life of a child - your impact can last for generations
