We always love to help who needs it. Humanity is a bridge between spiritual and physical realms; well being is to share (and be shared). Me and my wife travelled for years, wishing we could help in many places. For our 10th wedding anniversary on July 16th we want to do it better. We are going to Africa, Tanzania. As a preschool teacher in love with all children, my wife wants to visit and help as many orphanages as possible there. These kids need school, basic food and so much more. UNICEF says 53 million children live without parents in Sub-Sahara Africa. In Tanzania, around several million are orphans. Most orphanages can’t accept babies because too expensive to care, so babies are abandoned in hospitals, churches, bus stations and even in latrines. Many good people help rescuing them, reuniting with families, promoting adoptions, restoring hope through education to renewed dignity. We want to go visit, meet and help those with a mission of empowering disadvantaged youth. Beyond basic needs, they need help with costs of schooling, sport, agricultural items, hygienic supplies, and food (always a first priority). Others prefer Infant Formula, vegetables, diapers or toys, sanitizers more than clothing or sweets. Sponsoring schools boards can be sponsored for 45$ to 300$ per month per child. Some other non-profit organizations look for funds (5,000$) to start self-reliance projects buying a farm to secure food doesn’t run out, plus sewing machines, baby beds, tractors, etc. We paid for our trip and we’ll bring whatever we can still afford from oversea. Getting in contact over there we will understand as well as make sure that help is really received, is effective and focused on actual needs. With your help we could afford more, sponsoring more orphans, contributing to needed improvements, providing an answer to their needs locally. Please help us to help them.
