GMCC is an internet based group dedicated to the preservation of information regarding the history of chemical warfare throughout the world. The product of a combined total of more than 50 years of research and collection, the information gathered by GMCC seeks to better the public's knowledge regarding the history and extent chemical warfare has played in shaping history.

Founded by 6 part time historians and full time students, GMCC has grown from a combined effort by a small group of collectors and historians to a worldwide effort by people of all walks of life to help us in our struggle to preserve the scattered remnants of such a major part of warfare, past and present.

This summer members of the GMCC founding team are going to be making a trip to the headquarters of past and current Chemical warfare development, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, USA. Once the center of US development of Chemical arms, it is now the center of US development of ways to make the use of such horrible weapons obsolete. At Fort Leonard Wood members of GMCC will meet with military personnel, diplomats, museum curators and scientists to discuss and archive more information before it is lost to history.

Being students, we obviously are having trouble sponsoring our trip by ourselves. Any donation is greatly appreciated.
