Goodness and Mercy Missions (GMM) was founded in late 2007 by Pastor Teh Francis Yai and Natalie Runyon as a non-profit organization to support the critical economic and health needs in Cameroon.
We discovered that rural communities in Cameroon continue to suffer not so much because of the economic situation of the country but because of the lack of support for individual advancement. This need spans a diverse group of people including mothers, children, and the disabled. GMM was also formed to sensitize, create awareness, and educate the community on vital issues plaguing the wellbeing of the society, e.g., on HIV/AIDS and the dangers of plastic papers.
GMM is a membership organization. The members are the staff, the board, and various community groups GMM works with.
The Goodness and Mercy Missions Activities are chiefly carried out in the North and South West Provinces of Cameroon, the Anglophone zone. Recently we have extended to other parts of Cameroon only through Literature distribution in French and other minor services.
