Go fund me Norma
Organized by: Norma Valdez
My name is Norma Valdez, I recently got out of a comma. I was in a car accident which I almost lost my life due to a drunk driver crashing in to me. I was in comma for almost a month and the doctors thought I was not going to make it. I had severe head injuries which caused me to be in comma for so long and I had broken ribs and a broken leg. I thank God for my life because he gave me a second chance, he gave me another chance to live life to the fullest and to be appreciative for what I have and for what I don't have. About five months ago I got a divorce, at 27 yrs old I'm divorced which I never thought I would go through that and I never thought it would affect me the way it did. It's been very hard for me, I currently live in Indiana and have no family out here. My family lives in California and I have two kids which where with one of my fiends at the time that I was in comma. I love my kids so much and would do anything for them. After my divorce I have been struggling financially and lost our home. I have been living with friends here and there and I lost my job due to the accident. I was to raise enough money to be able to give my kids a home, a place where they can play where they can feel happy and comfortable and have their own rooms and their own beds. It hurts me to see my kids suffer, when I was a kid I was in a foster home, I never had my parents around. I grew up in one of the most dangerous cities in California and my siblings and I had to figure out everything on our own. There were times where we didn't have nothing to eat. Our mom was no where to be found and would last days without coming home. I love my mom to death but I want to be a better mother to my kids. I want to give them what I didn't have growing up. And that's a home and a better life. My kids have been through a lot with my divorce and now my accident. So I ask you to please help us out, I appreciate each and everyone of you for your support.
