I am a Family Nurse Practitioner who travels to Panama every year to help women in remote villages learn about basic hygiene, menstruation, non hormonal family planning, and most importantly that they are precious to God. We put on presentations in different villages discussing basic anatomy, menstruation, proper hygiene, menstruation tracking and fertility, dental hygiene, and water purification. We also provide reusable menstrual pads, underwear, toothbrushes, toothpaste, menstruation tracking devices, as well as information on safe drinking water all while sharing the unconditional love of God. I would love to find more ways to raise funding as well as awareness about this mission.
