I was on disability when my little neighbor friends came to see me every day. We talked and I listened. They each had told me they learned a life lesson from me. When Nicki who is ten kept asking me to come to her Church where her Mother is the Pastor. I finally showed up one Sunday. To my surprise I was the only Caucasian person there. I was greeted with such love and acceptance. I cried each week I attended. I recently became a member. It is this little Church with the biggest heart. Although it really needs work. Paint, Carpet, paved parking lot and etc. We just got the doorway carpeted as they said it's the gate to the Lord. You would think they won the lotto. This little area has made us so proud. I want to raise money for this Church so it can bring as much joy to them as they have given me.
