BENEFITING: RESILIENCE ADVOCACY PROJECT
EVENT DATE: Jun 05, 2013
The Resilience Advocacy Project's (RAP) Girls Empowering Other Girls (Go Girls!) initiative provides a youth leadership program that trains middle- and high-school girls to become peer health advocates for other girls in their communities, through an 8-week curriculum focused on leadership development and health education.
As part of their health advocacy efforts, the girls will participate in a 5K race on National Running Day, June 5, 2013. I encourage you to help raise awareness of, and money for, RAP's GoGirls! program; support the girls in their race challenge!
When you donate, please let us know how you heard about the cause.
