Going Bananas For Elephants

I’m turning 65 this June and going bananas. No, not bonkers…. bananas! It takes a lot of bananas to fill an elephant. Will you please help me feed the patients at Friends of the Asian Elephant Hospital in Thailand for my birthday month?
What to Do Now
Take just a minute and kick-in a little something for the Elephants in this fundraiser. I'll suggest a $65 donation, as that will provide bananas for all the patients for a day. I'd love to raise at least $65 for each day of this month, or $1950 (the year I was born). I'm matching the first $650 and adding it to the total raised at the end of the month, as a bonus. Will you help me reach the $1950 goal by then? Every donation, large and small, gets us closer.
How Can You Resist?
Check the pictures. Look at those beautiful elephant faces. Don’t they deserve the wonderful treatment that only the world’s first hospital just for elephants can provide? Of course they do. Please help me raise the money it takes to ensure that all sick and abused elephants in Thailand that need help can get it immediately. Our donations will go toward the operating needs of FAE this year, including bananas, grass, medical supplies and room & board for the elephant’s mahouts during their stay at the hospital.
Note: Please consider your contribution as a personal gift, as it is not tax deductible but still most appreciated. Friends of the Asian Elephant is a registered charity in Thailand and not a US charity.
