good used car
Organized by: carl seyersdahl
I am a veteran (korea, 1951). am retired, living with my wife , supporting our grand-daughter. Our car is thirteen years old and in need of repairs. we need a more reliable car, but we have no funds for a newer one. My pension and soc.sec. have been eaten up by inflation, ( which our govt. says doesn't exist) ?? I am at the end of my rope, and the knot is awfully small and hard to hang on to. I am in my mid 80's, and don't expect more than 10 more years at the most. I can't work anymore due to my disabilities. ( and at my age no one will hire me anyway. ) I can't believe life has come to this, but my wife has to take our grand-daughter to school and back , and go buy food , and all those other little things life is made of. if there is any one out there who could help , it would be deeply appreciated. !! P.S I sold my other car, 1984 olds, to pay for the most urgent repair on the other car. so I'm now stuck at home.!! In I hope I live long enough to be able to donate to someone else ( where there is life there is hope !! ) thanks to all and may GOD bless all of you. carl I am retired , living with my wife and supporting our grand-daughter. we are on a fixed income and inflation is eating us up , no matter what the government tells us. our car is getting un-reliable and my wife uses it to take our grand- daughter to school every day, and she does all our shopping ( groceries, etc:)I sold my old car, (1984 ) so don't drive much, if at all. I am in my mid eighties , somewhat disabled , and don't expect to see more than maybe another ten years. I have never asked anyone for anything but our debts are piling up and I am worried about what would happen if our car should break down, or another major medical bill comes up. ( medicare doesn't pay for everything ) As I said , I have never asked anybody for anything, but this may well be my last hope.!! Any donations would be deeply appreciated. thank you and may GOD bless you all.
