THE STORY:

Last year I took out a mortgage to purchase my brother, Justin Goss, a house. He is disabled, a single father of five, and is on a very tight fixed income.  He has been ill the last couple of years, but the last few have really taken a toll.  He is a great father and great friend on top of just being my brother.  He's always willing to help out anyone, anyway possible. I was in a position to help, but the second mortgage is proving quite burdensome. I am also paying his utilities. Any help would be greatly appreciated, but I will set the goal at half of the house value. I currently owe about $100,000 All money will go to paying off the house. If by chance the house gets paid off, I will still continue to pay the property taxes, insurance, and utilities.

I know this website charges a percentage based on donated funds, so if you wish to donate directly to forgo that charge, please email me and I will give you the address to mail it to.  douggoss80@gmail.com        A few friends have sent a donation via PayPal using my email, so that seems like a cheap efficent way too.  I can list the donation either way as an offline donation, so credit will be given where its due :)  Also, this way is good  if you wish to donate less than 10 dollars.

Thanks for any consideration and help :o)
