Grandma Barbara Needs New Floors

Help please! Floors caving in. Due to medical issues, my 95 year old mother (Grandma Barbara) and I had to stay in our 43 year old, 768 square foot mobile home in FL for the whole year. We normally spend the summer in MI. Running the air conditioning during the summer heat caused our duct work to sweat and ruin the subfloor throughout the house. We paid all we had, $2000, to 2 different HVAC companies to trouble shoot and run new, insulated flex hose duct work, and my son did extensive work under the house removing dirt and damaged construction materials before that. Now we are faced with pulling up all the bad subfloor, having HVAC guys come back and remove old metal duct work when floor is removed and add insulation. Then we have to replace the subfloor and put new tile throughout the house. That means emptying everything out of the house first, requiring a storage unit or pod, removing and disposing of all the existing carpet, floor and linoleum, and then replaceing sub floor and installing the tile. Obviously, we can't stay in the home while the work is being done, so we will have to stay at a nearby motel, since our closest relatives are over 100 miles away, and Grandma has to have handicap accessible, pet friendly housing. My son will do most of the labor, but this is still way beyond anything we can afford to do it properly. Any thing you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. If Grandma were 20 years younger, you can bet she would be down on the floor with a skilsaw and pencil behind her ear, but since her knees are shot, and my wrists & hands as well, plus my lifting abilities are greatly restricted, we have to rely on my son to do the work. Grandma will supervise!
