Grandpa Roy is a 95 year old WWII Guadalcanal Veteran. In 2004, Grandpa's wife, Granny, passed away due to CHF (congestive heart failure). When that happened, Granny's daughter (Grandpa's stepdaughter) had Grandpa sign papers to claim half of the house he and Granny owned out right. Grandpa was under duress and was not told exactly what he was signing. Recently, Granny's daughter called Grandpa and said she was ready to sell her half of the house and would do it with him in it. She said she would take him to court and put those legal fees on top of what she's suing for. Grandpa asked her what it would take for her to not take his home away. She said half of the house's current worth which is just about $200,000. We know this is alot to ask for but would appreciate any help. Grandpa is on a fixed income and requires 24hr care. The VA gives him minimal help because he was not injured during service. He is still very much lucid, witty, and charming as ever. He thanks you TREMENDOUSLY for your helpatience. WE thank you tremendously for your help.
