This place is for kids with serious diseases like cancer, AIDS, sickle-cell, and all sorts of horrible other things kids shouldn't have to deal with. But they do. The late, great, Paul Newman (he of the handsome-ness) started this organization at a lake in Connecticut and now they have like 8 different camps internationally. I was lucky enough to spend several summers there and have to say it was an amazing experience, and one that allowed a sick kid to enjoy 10 days out of a really crummy year. 100% non-profit, and all the money from the Newman food line helps support this place, too.
