THE STORY:

I first heard about the John Volken Foundation from Jordan, someone I met through the Vancouver running community. After hearing his story I was immediatly interested as I love hearing peoples inspirational,"I started running because" stories. I choose to fundraise for the Volken Foundation leading up to the Rock n Roll half marathon because I believe that making a change, whatever it may be, with positive supportive people can make a world of difference in someones life! Everyone that makes a donation of $25 or more is entered to win a Local Artisan Food Gift Basket (value $90) donated by SPUD.ca or a nutritional consultation from Natalie's Nutrition worth $150.

Please feel free to watch the video to learn more about the Volken foundation.

I thank you in advance for your time and support!
