On July 12th, I am going to pair my love of kayaking with my support of an amazing organization that has been providing an environment for seriously ill children to recover while being outdoors having fun and experiencing life in a way not possible in traditional care facilities. Hole In The Wall Gang Camps provide this "different kind of healing" at no cost to the participants.
~~The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp was founded in 1988 by the late actor Paul Newman with one simple premise in mind, that every child, no matter their illness, could experience the transformational spirit and friendships that go hand in hand with camp.~~
Please consider supporting me in my efforts to continue funding this amazing endeavor started by Paul. For me it's a blessing to be a part of his legacy!
If you're also interested in joining me in this paddle, please let me know! We need more paddlers and voluteers for the day of the event, too!
Be a Bandit and join Team Hole in the Wall today! Your support will help The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp provide "a different kind of healing" to more than 20,000 children and families battling serious illness each year, completely free of charge.
Participants must provide their own kayak or paddleboard, personal flotation device, and paddle. If you do not own the equipment, please view our list of suggested rental locations.
