BENEFITING: CICTRICAL ALOPECIA RESEARCH FOUNDATION
It starts with a painful and itchy scalp, and then she notices her hair doesn’t look the same. Could she be losing her hair? Why? What can she do? Who can help? These are the questions many with cicatricial alopecia are facing in the earliest stages of the disease. There is currently no way to regrow hair in the effected area, and no cure for this group of rare hair loss disorders. CARF exists to support these patients on their emotional journey with their disease and also to fund the research that will eventually lead to effective treatments and a cure. Please make a donation of $25 (or whatever you can), to support these patients by funding the research and programs that provide them information, and peace of mind that there are people who care about improving their quality of life.
