Founded in 1978, Mustard Seed Communities provides loving and lifelong residential care to children and adults with disabilities; care for children affected by HIV/AIDS, teenage mothers, and marginalized communities throughout Jamaica, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, and Zimbabwe. Sustainable Agriculture is just one aspect of this work, which also includes nutrition, education, and outreach programs.

Jacob’s Ladder is home to adults cared for by Mustard Seed and located in Moneague, Jamaica on 150 acres of land. By continuing to grow the farm at Jacob’s Ladder, Mustard Seed Communities hopes to achieve self-sustainability.
