Huston Grow That Beard!
EVENT DATE: Nov 01, 2013
DEADLINE TO GIVE: Nov 30, 2013
Huston Grow that Beard —Novembeard
Huston Inc. is teaming up with local charities to raise funds by participating in Huston’s Grow that Beard fundraiser. The Crossing Education Center, Bridges Outreach and Howard County Special Olympics are the local charities that have been selected to benefit by No Shave November, Noshember or Novembeard!
During the month of November, individuals have been paired with the charities and have agreed to not shave for the entire month of November. That’s right—no razors, no electric shavers, no tweezers.
Participants will upload a picture each week to show their progress and everyone will be allowed to see the pictures via www.crowdrise.com/growthatbeard and have the opportunity to donate to one of the three charities.
How can you help? Click on the website and donate to the person whose beard you like or would like to see more of and check back throughout the month and watch it grow!
Bridges Outreach—Travis Taflinger, Andy Hardie, Joe Thatcher, Mike Keberdle, Casey Cline
