Guy Stone, a mountain of a man with a heart of gold, was taken from us suddenly February 24th. Guy could make any room light up with that unforgettable smile. He could make any mood or situation lighter. His smartass comments, one-liners and overall great sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him. Guy built an empire with a true love story. His eight children who he worked very hard for and was most proud of, are now his greatest legacy. Guy was a father who loved hard and fought harder to help his kids see the potential he saw in them. He made himself available for everything they needed. He wrapped his whole life around each of them by being completely involved with the activities they loved. Guy’s love for children didn't stop with his own kids. He also spent years coaching baseball, football and basketball, as well as being a Boy Scout leader. Every child he coached and all those children’s friends became part of his family, and many called him dad. Guy was also the best husband. He knew through intuition what was needed, always thinking of the little things that made life easier. Guy knew how to make Amber smile and let her know every day how much he loved her. Guy leaves behind his loving wife, Amber; and 8 children, Zachary, Sheldon (Jerica), Michael, Justin (Jadzia), Dakota, Josh, Kaylee, and his precious, Hunter; as well as his granddaughter, Payton; his mama; his brothers, sisters, and many nieces and nephews. Losing Guy has impacted his family on more than just an emotional level. Please take a moment to consider showing Guy’s family some financial support. Medical and funeral expenses are overwhelming for anybody, but Guy left behind a large family with some unique challenges. Amber and her family thank you for your overwhelming support. Your thoughts, prayers and kindness have been a source of comfort during this difficult time. Your generosity is appreciated and will make a difference in the lives of Guy’s large family.
