Thank you! We reached the goal!

Last year, I ran the Pittsburgh marathon for Haiti H2O not fully understanding what I was running for. Marathon day came, and I realized I couldn't finish the race without the help of others. The very next day, I hopped on a plane with sore legs and found myself in Haiti.
I found what I was running for.
I found a kindness I'd never known.
I run for the women who carry 5 gallons of water on their head for miles each day. I run for the kids who walk miles to get to school each day. I run for the fathers who walk miles to the market to provide for their families each day. Each person selflessly caring for another along they way.
It takes a community to thrive. People need other people.
I run for this reason.
