BENEFITING: SIONFONDS FOR HAITI
I have been to Haiti several times to work with Robenson Cesar who started this amazing school in the mountains above Port-au-Prince. When I first met him, he had just opened with 40 students of all ages. I asked my friends and family for old laptops, and money for desks and a generator to run the computers. All of that got done, THANK YOU! Since then we have done two teacher trainings and brought Robenson to learn from teacher here in the U.S. Now the school has 100 students! I'm hoping to raise $3,000 to buy more desks, pay the rent for two years and support the library Robenson is building. He is also leasing a plot of land next to the school to grow food for school lunches. Anything you can contribute will go directly to the school and help kids who would otherwise get no education.
