Yooo, Still Here. Still doing this

BENEFITING: TEENAGE ANXIETY & DEPRESSION SOLUTIONS
EVENT DATE: May 15, 2016
TL,DR: I will be running in the Singha Bangkok 21k on April 22rd to raise money and awareness for anxiety, depression, and the survivors thereof.
Imagine, for a moment, there's a darkness in your brain. You try to ignore it, but it's always there, an insidious presence that feeds off your happiness, draining the joy from your life until your life is nothing but pain and suffering and grey and you feel like the only good option is to kill yourself.
I think you can agree, no one should have to suffer through that.
Mental illness is, by definition, all in your head. Which isn't to say it doesn't exist, quite the opposite. And worse. With traditional/physical/whatever illness, you can see, feel, define what's going on (for the most part.) But if your illness only manifests itself inside your head, it makes it nigh-on impossible to nail down.
So help me nail it down. I want to raise money to shed light on these underfunded, stigmatized, basicly unknown illnesses that steal the life out of so many otherwise healthy people.
It's been said that life is suffering. But does it have to be?
