This fundraiser is being started to help the Hammond Family who have endured a lot of hardship in the last year and a half. In May of 2013 their dad was hospitalized for cellulites that had gotten into his foot from a sore that had gotten infected on his foot, due to having diabetes, then on June 17th their 18 year old daughter was thrown from a horse during a trail ride and was impaled by an angle iron just behind the armpit and almost lost her life due to loosing so much blood. Then in July of 2013 they where forced to shut down their daycare which was bringing in 65% of their income due to the mom getting diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Finances are pretty much none existent and what they do get barely takes care of food, gas, and what little bills they have to pay in order have electricity and a home to live in.
