In 2009, I started a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company. My company provides services to everyone who needs transportation but mainly workers that have been injured on the job. I am contracted with companies that provide Transportation and Translation services. I also provide free services to those without means to pay. In addition to transportation, we assist our patients with shopping, family outings, moving, and being an attendant for individuals without family in cases of surgery and emergencies. In 2014, I partnered with my now ex-boyfriend. We grossed over $200,000 in 2 years. In December, we parted ways and with our parting, he took everything. The money, the vehicles, etc. We had a legal agreement but he would never sign and now I'm left with the contracts but no means of providing the transportation services nor any means to seek legal recourse. I love my patients and they love me. Many of them are canceling their appointments because I am unable to transport them at this time. I'm reaching out in every way possible. My 16 year old daughter and I are about to be evicted in addition to everything else. I am raising capital to purchase handicapped-accessible vehicles and to start over again. If you can find it in your heart, you will not only help me but the thousands of patients that I transport and assist yearly, along with the drivers I employ. Thank you in advance and God bless.
