BENEFITING: MUSTARD SEED COMMUNITIES INC
EVENT DATE: Sep 25, 2014
Mustard Seed Communities (MSC) is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to caring for the most vulnerable populations in society. MSC began in 1978 as a home for abandoned and handicapped children on the outskirts of Kingston, Jamaica. We have since expanded and built additional facilities in Nicaragua, Dominican Republic and Zimbabwe. The majority of our programs are dedicated to the care of children with serious physical and mental disabilities. MSC also cares for children affected by HIV/AIDS in Jamaica and Zimbabwe. In Jamaica, we have a home for young mothers and their babies.

My goal is to raise $2,900 for the Mustard Seed Communities located in the Dominican Republic. It would mean so much to me and these amazing children if you could find it in your heart to contribute to this cause. Whether it’s $10, $29 or even $100 dollars, every penny counts. To make this fundraiser entertaining for y’all I have a few incentives for you. When we reach the $500 mark I will create a rap for you and post it for the entire world to see. When we reach the $1,000 I will dance in the middle of a grocery store to whatever song you choose. When we reach $2,000 I will give away 4 scholarships to my Creative Insight Journey class to the 4 highest contributors. When we reach the goal of $2,900 I will conquer my fear and jump out of a plane sky diving. And if we surpass our goal and reach over $3,000 you all get to decide what I shall do. And the sky’s the limit, anything that won’t get me killed or arrested.
