I am setting off on my 10th marathon (and 2nd running “barefoot”) on November 6th in New York City. To celebrate, I have joined Team Harlem RBI to raise money for their unique programming. HRBI uses baseball as a tool to build leadership skills, respect, and confidence in inner city youths; focusing them on the goal of high school graduation and college matriculation. Currently, they have a 97% graduation rate, a 94% college-acceptance rate, and recently began building their own charter school in Harlem.

This is the final push! Nobody embodies the spirit of giving and leadership like Pittsburgh favorite,#21, Roberto Clemente. In honor of him and the good folks at HarlemRBI, I am asking 175 people to donate $21 to me @ http://bit.ly/harlemrbi and I am also going to run 21 miles each of the next 4 Sundays leading up to the marathon on November 6th. I hope you can donate to help me out!
