Harold will be taking the plunge for LaPaz.
Work: United States Army (24 yrs Active duty and Reserve) auto mechanic and military police. Officer Diaz made it to the rank of Staff Sergeant awarded the following medals: army achievement medal (3rd award), army commendation medal, army good conduct medal, army reserve components medal (4th Awards), National defense service medal (2nd award), Armed forces reserved medal (3rd Award), Armed forces reserve medal with "M" device, noncommissioned officer's professional development ribbon, and the overseas ribbon. City of Chattanooga Police Officer for 24 yrs, serving as member of the Chattanooga SWAT team, Hostage Negotiation Team, and the Chattanooga Police Department Training Division.
Community Involvement: Member of CPD Community Outreach Office for 7 years managing the first federal funded grant specifically awarded to target in to assisting the Hispanic community in the city of Chattanooga, where a count of approximately 200 to 300 hundreds members of the Hispanic community completed the program.
What leadership means to Harold: Serving to improve his city by building relationships & helping others lead.
