Hatching Opportunities, Maintaining Equality

What does H.O.M.E. mean? to bring forth or produce; devise; create; contrive a good position, chance, or prospect, as for advancement or success. to keep in existence or continuance; preserve; retain the state of being equal, especially in status, rights, and opportunities. I have always wanted to help the homeless. I have this dream for the future of purchasing a super large plot of land and building a place of new beginnings. People who are living on the street and digging in the trash to find their next meal, would go here to learn how to start back up their lives again and work on the farm area and in the shops to earn their stay, and take classes to learn about finances and getting a job. This place would be different from a shelter. It would be long term and open 24/7. After a while of staying there, they would finally be ready to go out and get a house and other things. To start small, I am just wanting to make backpacks and such to hand out at Christmas or even before. My goal is to have $100 per month raised, but I want a lot more than that, so I can take a bunch of backpacks and totes and fill them with toilet paper, toothbrushes, food, and water. I am also wanting to put a porta-potty and porta-shower, in places where a lot of people without homes reside. I want to hand out clothes and shoes for all seasons. H.O.M.E will hopefully help do all of this. It stands for Hatching Opportunities, Maintaining Equality. I am glad we are helping other countries, but what of ours? Help the people in the state of Kansas, working toward the people in states all around.
