THE STORY:

I am marching because I want to do my part to save the planet for my grandchildren and for the creatures we share this planet with. I consider overpopulation and the human impact on the planet to be the most pressing issue facing the world and I want to bring about awareness of the urgency of reversing the destruction.

DONATION: $500

I'm donating to the March in memory of Robert Zimmerman, my brother who would have funded my march across the United States for Climate Change. He was killed instantly May 6 when his single engine plane crashed into a mountainside near Yellowstone Park...I still hope to have my feet on the ground with the Marchers by the time they reach Nebraska. He made the world a better place by his presence and I want to make a difference, too. 3 years ago
