BENEFITING: Harvard College Marathon Challenge
ORGANIZER: Harvard College Marathon Challenge
EVENT: 2015 Boston Marathon
As a captain of the Harvard College Running Club, running has been a defining part of my undergraduate experience. During the past four years, I've completed two full marathons and five half marathons, none of which measures up to the pain of the many study marathons my professors have put me through. This final race will be my last opportunity to compete in Boston, and I'm excited to give it my all.
I'm running to support the PBHA Summer Urban Program, a student-run organization at Harvard. They could use some help, and I'd love to do my part in enabling them to transform the lives of underprivileged youth in the Boston area. Since its inception in 2005-06, Harvard College Marathon Challenge runners have raised over $390,000 for causes such as PBHA SUP.
I would really appreciate your donation to this cause. You can donate here, and you can also keep tabs on my progress during Monday's race by texting 30076 to 234-567.
I hope you'll consider supporting me before I head to medical school in Seattle, where I'm definitely due for at least a few more study marathons!
