May 13th is A Very Special Day! Cassie Lyles gave birth to DARIEN LYLES on that day. Darien was born with Sicklecell SS & he was also diagnosed with 2 Major illnesses along with other illnesses. Liver Disease and he also Needed a Transplant. Throughout his life he has had several surgeries such as a Hip replacement and has been in and out of the hospital until the day he has left us on October 7th on Friday morning. Darien was on the list to receive a Liver but has gotten removed off the list due to how sivere his sickness was and nothing else could be done to help him. After receiving the news Darien remained humble and strong. Growing up Darien was Raised by his Grandmother Cassandra Mountcastle Lyles & Grandfather Kenny Lyles. He was Such a Gentleman with a Sweet Gentle Spirit and you would never know what he's going through Because Darien was always smiling through all of the Pain. Through it all Darien has Achieved alot in such a short period of time. He has graduated with a Diploma, He has had all Straight A's in homeschooling. He met the Love of his Life Channell Lyles who he had met at the age of 14 which is now His Wife who he married on July 6th 2013 and she is also the Mother of His 2 Beautiful Baby Boys Darien Kylihl Lyles Jr (DJ) who just had a Birthday September 14th and is now 3 Years old. And Kylihl Darien Lyles (KD) Born June 20th 2016 who is a fresh new baby. Darien loved his children & Family So very much. Every year on September 17th is Sicklecell Awareness Month and Darien was chosen in Honor of him! On that very day he was issued a Proclamation from Mayor Bernard A. Platt of Cherry Hill Nj the Day September 17th to be called "Darien Lyles Day" for being such a strong warrior and for how much he has achieved over the years of having it. He never complained or anything about what he was going through, He is The true definition of a Strong Father, Husband, Son, Grandson, Brother, Nephew, Cousin, Friend. You've left us so Peacefully and Gone Too Soon. You've Shown Us All How To Be Strong In so Many Ways. You lived 21 Beautiful Years Rest Well Until We Meet Again! Sorrowfully The Family.
