I need your help! I have work in emergency services for the last 20 years between Independence and Lee's Summit. Because of this I have seen just how much Hope House does to assit people who are in need of their services. It cost about $30 a day to keep a person at Hope House and provide valuble services. Hope House not only serves women and children, but men as well.
So here is your chance. Make my hair go away!

Get ready for the annual Head Shave for Hope House event Saturday, March 14 in downtown Lee’s Summit. Head to the Firefighter’s Union Hall following the Emerald Isle Parade to join in the fun. There will be a silent auction with some great local items to bid on and the big Head Shave event. Pledge to have your head, beard or mustache shaved….the highest bidder at the auction will have the honors of using the clippers!
What can you do to help? Start a fundraising page, pledge to be shaved, make a donation, donate an auction item, or just stop by the barber shop to see Nick and thank him for his efforts to raise money for Hope House!
Sounds fun, right? You bet it is!
