Hello! My name is Amber Eggli and I am traveling to Peru to help a volunteer group called Maximo Nivel with their medical program. I am volunteering my knowledge and skills to help people that live in and near Cusco, Peru receive treatment for many different diseases. I will be helping orphanages, senior homes, a free clinic hospital, and education centers along other volunteers. I'll be working along side doctors, nurses, and non-licensed assistive medical staff. Together we can help treat and prevent diseases. Volunteer programs like this are paid for by the volunteer and because I will be going over for medical purposes I will also need to take my own supplies. The program it self will cost me $3000. On top of volunteering myself, I will also purchase products once there to donate, such as chewable children vitamins for their Vitamin Program. The program is designed to help improve levels of nutrition and reduce anemia at orphanages in Cusco. Donations or gifts that are always helpful include: - Educational: books, notebooks, pens, pencils, crayons, markers, etc. (new or used) - Hygiene: soap, shampoo, lice treatment, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels - Health: band-aids, antiseptics, wet wipes, vitamins - Clothes: socks, shoes, undershirts, hats Please, help me help them. Money and/or products are greatly appreciated! You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, use the donate button on this site, or even send me money via paypal.me/ambereggli. Thank you in advance!!!
