Introducing the Health and Fitness Club Of Notre Dame. We are a newly established club on campus with the bold ambition to provide the tools necessary for students of all levels of fitness experience to improve their physiological health. The club will consist of regular town-hall style meetings on different health and fitness related topics such as nutrition, sleep, injury prevention, general fitness, and more. Secondly, the club exists to connect like-minded students who might be looking for lifting/running buddies or a group to play pick-up sports with. Third, the club will facilitate a channel of relevant, valuable information for Notre Dame students. Please contact email@example.com with any questions or ideas for initiatives this semester.
