Family: The #HeartSole team has been in #BootCamp for months with Coach Carolino Monteiro of Third Power - Fitness for Life training to support the #WoundedWarriorProject this weekend in #ToughMudderLongIsland. Last year, I posted a little blurb about our #Veterans and the sentiment remains true. Please Consider supporting this cause before #Payday!
RT: Over the years, I've taken the VA shuttle into work and cannot tell you how the experience has enriched my appreciation for #ThoseWhoServe. You want a #RealityShow? Nothing will top this ride. From "talkin' shop" to family to voicing their support (or lack thereof) for whoever the #CommanderInChief is this term. The debates have gotten pretty heated...still they remain brothers, siste...rs, heroes and sheroes, when all is said and done. There is a certain a certain chivalry that is unique to their experience. They are woven from every fabric of life ... and these are just those in my circle of family and friends ... those that have served in some capacity. While 'thank you' seems futile in moments like this, just know that one more person is grateful in this particular moment

Tough Mudder puts camaraderie over finisher rankings and is not a timed race but a team challenge that allows participants to experience exhilarating, yet safe, world-class obstacles they won't find anywhere else.
