My wife was diagnosed with thyroid cancer back in late November/ early December 2015. She went through several different chemo treatment types, as well as radiation, and surgery. She was thankfully deemed in remission in may of 2016. In July, she had noticed a lump on her jaw and was having painsome in her neck. She was then diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma. She is currently having daily treatment so she had to resign from her position of employment, and since she had only been there about 6 months, did not qualify for any type of fmla, or disability. I have become the sole income earner for our family, and am not even keeping our heads above water after we were struggling as it is. We received notice of a court hearing for eviction from our home set for Sept 1st 2016. We are racing to find housing for us and our 4 children and dogs. We'very tried many organizations and assistance programs only to be denied for one reason or another, or the wait time is up to 6 months for possible approval. Coming up with a security deposit alone is going to be extremely difficult.
