This year Heidrick & Struggles is sponsoring the run of Diane. Dianne has become very confident since becoming a Komera scholar. She attended Nyamirama Boarding School to complete her secondary education (high school) and studied History, Economics and Geography. She passed her national exams in December 2016! She is now enrolled in the Komera Post Secondary Transition Program for 9 months, where she receives training in English, computer technology and business. Her favorate part of being a Komera Scholar has been attending Leadership Summits where she learns new skills and creates goals for her future. After she finishes the Post Secondary Program, she hopes to enroll in a university to study Human Resources and Management. Her dream is to become the Minister of Health in Rwanda to be an advocate for girls!
