Help a public servant family find a new home.
Organized by: Jamie Lewis
The Crowell Family has been living in the same home for 13 years. Recently, unavoidable circumstances have developed requiring the Crowell Family to have to find another home within a short time period. The Family has 6 children with 2 still living at home. This Family is in desperate need of help with a down payment on a home. Both Mr. and Mrs. Crowell are working, but don’t make enough to make a down payment with paying bills, health insurance, college loans, and gas to work. Mr. Crowell is a recent graduate of Austin Peay State University with a B.S. of Science in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security. He has also attended Kankakee Community College for Law Enforcement for a year and a half before moving to Tennessee and transferring to Austin Peay. Mr. Crowell has served as a volunteer in his community since 2002 volunteering with Erin Fire Department, C.E.R.T., TN State Guard, and the American Red Cross. He has also served his community in local churches, youth groups, leadership teams, worship teams. He and his wife have always done what they could to help others in need. Mr. Crowell has worked the last 2 yrs as the Disaster Program Manager for the Tennessee River Chapter of the American Red Cross. Mrs. Crowell has worked as a Special Education assistant at the local elementary school for the last 8 yrs. As you see, they both work in a field that serves others. I have worked with Larry for the past couple of years and gotten to see him in many situations were you could judge a man's character. You will never find a finer man of faith and love than Larry. He always steps up to the plate for others, now comes the time for the people to step up for Larry and his family. Please pray and see if this is a cause you feel led to help. The family says prayers are always appreciated.
