Help after spinal fusion.
Organized by: Neil Singleton
Hello, on June 1st 2016 I had to have a spinal fusion of the C5,6,7. I am self employed and for what I do for a living it is difficult and too expensive to get disability insurance. The injury is from a previous employer injury but they are fighting it. I haven't worked since mid April. We have heath insurance, but we had to pay every penny of our savings to meet the deductible before surgery. I will not be able to return to work until September or October depending on physical therapy. My family needs help. $5000 will get us through 5 months that we need. As you can tell we don't live high on the hog ifn $5000 gets us through 5 months. This will keep our lights on, water on, we don't have cable or satellite, gas in car, food on table, house paid, cat payment and insurance paid. I can verify all medical records and what has happened and happening. My Dr is in Macon, GA. Neuro surgeon, Dr. Peter Holliday and Dr Fortner in Reidsville, GA.
