Catherine Krzywicki is loving and compassionate animal rights activist that I met through rescuing one of my beloved dogs. Catherine is one of the sweetest and most kind hearted people I have met. She has been heavily involved in helping rescued dogs find good, loving homes. Catherine has such a big heart that she has even taken in older senior dogs that others have passed up on. She has rescued pups with diabetes, blindness, heart failure, and even seizure disorders. She makes sure that even in the small time that they may have left they get to experience what a loving home feels like. Last year in May a horrific tragedy struck Catherine and her pups. While Catherine was taking some of the pups to the vet, her house caught fire and caused significant damage. Sadly a few of the pups did not survive the fire. The ones that were fortunate enough to survive still have lingering medical issues due to the smoke inhalation. Catherine has done everything that she can to make sure that the pups get the care that they need, often putting their needs before her own. It has been more than a year since the fire and Catherine is still trying to keep her head above water with vet bills for all the pups. Her house was repaired but due to the bad memories she was not able to return to it. Catherine is trying to find a new home for herself and the pups to start over and start new memories. After selling her old house she is still short in obtaining a down payment for a new place. If she is unable to find a place soon she will have to give up the pups which would be heartbreaking. Please help Catherine and her pups be able to find a safe, new home so they can all be happy together.
