Help Chanel Graduate!

Hi! I'm Chanel, a 22 year old grad student at George Washington University. I'll be finishing up my Masters this spring (yay!) and then I'll be flying out to San Francisco to work for the summer with John Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY). The only thing is, as a full time student, the hours I work aren't nearly enough to cover my remaining tuition balance of $2,800.00, the plane tickets from DC to San Francisco and back, and my daily living expenses.
Here's some background info on me and what I'm doing: I've been enrolled in the Forensic Psychology graduate program since Fall of 2014 where I've maintained a 4.0 GPA. My program focuses on the intersections between the mental health field, criminology, and the legal system and with my degree, I hope to save the world....with copious amounts of criminal justice reform and establishing programs that assist in decreasing recidivism rates among past offenders. During my summers off from school, I spend six weeks working as a Teaching Assistant for Johns Hopkins CTY, which is a program that offers middle and high school students to take introductory college level courses. This will be my third year participating and as a former CTY student myself, I can honestly say that I love the program and adore all of the students I've had the pleasure of teaching these past years.
I'll be immensely grateful for any donation of any amount; every little bit helps, and I'll gladly accept anything you can offer. I know I can count on the support of my colleagues, friends, and family in the pursuit of my dreams, and with your support, I can make them happen.
Thank you for your support in advance!
